When standalone, the Strato V stores approximately 10 reference level 4K movies on it’s internal solid-state drive.
The Strato V Features a new streamlined interface which has been optimized for navigating a smaller movie library.
Strato V can download a Kaleidescape 4K movie in as little as 10 minutes over gigabit Ethernet, even during movie playback, without sacrificing any performance. Downloads then become a candidate for automatic deletion after 48 hours after playback, making room for more movies.
Scalability
Unleash the power of Kaleidescape as your movie collection grows by grouping the Strato V with a Terra Prime movie servers. (Any number of Strato V movie players can be grouped into a system, with up to four servers per system.) Allowing you to greatly expand your movie library for instant playback.
Grouping with a Prime server automatically activates the iconic Kaleidescape covers view and list menus for navigating large movie libraries.
